I take full ownership and custody of my energy.

I completely reject anything that wants to touch my energy
that is not for my ascension, my transcendence, or my highest good.
I reject any negativity.

The only time negativity is allowed near me—
and it’s not even really discomfort or inconvenience—
is if it is directly serving the sole purpose
of rapidly pushing me into my highest timeline.
And that is the only time.

So if I feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced in any way,
and it’s not something I can transmute instantly,
then I accept—full-heartedly—
that it is only because God is allowing it,
for the divine purpose of accelerating me forward.

Know this: it does not happen often
while I’m simultaneously tapping into my highest timeline.

Energetic Boundaries & Sacred Declaration

So, to continuously tap into that timeline,
I say—and I mean it with my whole being:

“I reject anything trying to come near my energy.
Nothing is allowed to touch my field
unless it is here to uplift me and help me ascend.
The only people who may be near me
are those who have my best interest at heart,
who propel me forward—
who launch me into the transitionary space
where I soar into the fullness of all that God has for me.”

And if I say that,
and I believe it with my whole heart,
then that is exactly what I will experience.

So yeah—I take custody and full ownership of my energy.
I run this shit!

Patience: The Sacred Pause

Patience.
Sometimes we forget what a good thing it is.

We want to emotionally react.
We want things our way—immediately.
But that’s our human shell talking.

We are not human on the inside.
We can overcome the urge to react.

You don’t have to be your nature.
You are more than that.

Think of it like baking the perfect bread.
You know the recipe, you put it in the oven—
but if you don’t give it time to rise,
if you turn up the heat to rush it,
you get a burnt outside and an undercooked center.
It’s a mess.

But if you wait,
if you honor the timing—
you get something deeply nourishing.
Something that lasts.

Gratitude: The Accelerator of Manifestation

Gratitude and love—
so simple, so powerful.

When your heart is full of love,
and you’re walking in gratitude,
the universe winks at you.
It rewards you with more.

And yeah, we do it for a while…
Then we forget.
We get distracted, we get pulled in a dozen directions.

But this—this is a return to the basics.
To what’s actually powerful.

Be grateful for what you already have.
Let your joy root into that space.
Watch how fast your manifestations come.

Money: Currency, Let it Flow

Money.
Such a touchy subject.

But listen—
you need to look at money like a current.
That’s why it’s called currency.

It flows like water.
It’s energy.

You can’t grip it tight.
You can’t hoard it.
You have to let it flow.

And truthfully, you already do that really well.
You might not even realize it—
but you do understand it, deep inside.

The more you let it move,
the more it builds.

Don’t swim upstream.
Don’t fight the current.

Let the waves take you.
Ride them.

That’s what detachment looks like.
That’s how money works when you align with Source.

Love Language: Feed Them How They’re Hungry

This is the little divine reminder at the end.
Like a sacred P.S.

For the people you love—
and who love you—
learn their love language.

Not yours.
Theirs.

Don’t give them your love language.
Don’t assume quality time will heal them
just because you need quality time.

If their language is acts of service,
serve them.
If it’s words of affirmation,
speak it.

When you feed someone in the way they’re hungry,
the universe starts echoing that love right back to you.
What you give, you get. Every time.

And then—magically—
they’ll want to learn your language too.

Holiness Begins in Relationships

Holiness starts here—
in our relationships.

We were made for community.
We were built for connection.

That’s why you crave certain people’s presence.
That’s why you yearn for certain people’s touch.

The quality of your life is directly tied
to the quality of your relationships.

All the inner work you’ve done—
all the shadow diving, all the intuition sharpening—
none of it is negated.
In fact, it strengthens this truth:

Everything you give out comes back.
Give with love.
Give with intention.
Give with purity.

And it will cycle back—
again and again—
rebuilding your world
in the highest form of Divine Love.
