5D Energy Mantra: I Take Full Ownership of My Energy

I take full ownership and custody of my energy.
I completely reject anything that wants to touch my energy that is not for my ascension, transcendence, or highest good.
I reject any negativity.

The only time that discomfort or negativity is allowed—and it’s not even truly discomfort or inconvenience—is when it’s happening solely to rapidly push me into my highest timeline. That’s the only time.
So if I feel something uncomfortable, or inconvenient, and I can’t transmute it instantly, then I accept—full-heartedly—that God is allowing it only to push me into the highest version of myself.

Know this: it doesn’t happen very often, especially when I am simultaneously tapping into my highest timeline.

To continuously tap into my highest timeline, I speak and believe:

I reject anything trying to come near my energy that is not of the light. Nothing negative is ever allowed to touch my energy or pull me down.

Only people who have my best interest at heart, who are going to propel me forward and uplift me into my highest timeline, are allowed in my field.

This is a transitionary period where I fly forward into all the fullness that God has prepared for me.

And when I say that—and believe it with all my heart—that’s exactly what I experience.

I take custody. I take full ownership of my energy.
I run this.

Patience

Sometimes we forget: patience is a very good thing.

It’s normal to want to react emotionally—we are human. But we are not just human. We are souls in a human shell, and we can overcome the urge to emotionally react.

We don’t have to live in our emotional nature.

Think of it like this: you’re making the perfect recipe for bread. You put it in the oven. But you don’t want to wait. You take it out too soon, or you crank up the heat. And it turns out burnt on the outside, undercooked on the inside—a total mess.

But if you just give it the time, and let it develop at the right temperature, you’ll get something long-lasting and real.

Gratitude

Gratitude is one of the most powerful forces we can tap into.

It’s so easy to do... for a while. And then life happens, and we forget. We get distracted. We plug into so many other outlets that we forget the basic, simple things that hold the real power.

Gratitude and love are those things.

So when your heart is full of pure love, and you’re constantly practicing gratitude for what you already have, the Universe sees you. It winks at you. It sends even more your way.

It’s so simple, and yet it’s one of the first things we tend to forget.

Money is Energy

Money can be a touchy subject. But money is a current—that’s why they call it currency.

It flows, just like water. It’s an energy. It’s not personal.

You can’t hold on tight to money. You have to let it move. Not in a careless or irresponsible way—but in a detached, trusting way.

Let it flow.

Honestly, you do really well with this. You've already learned how to let money move without fear. Even if you don’t consciously realize it, deep inside, you know that the more freely money flows, the more it builds.

Don’t fight the current. Don’t swim upstream. Let the waves take you.

That’s what they said: ride the waves wherever they take you.

Love Languages & Relationships

This is like a little PS from Spirit:

For the people you love—and those who love you—learn their love language.

Feed them in the way they are hungry. Don’t give them your love language—give them theirs.

So if you need quality time to feel loved, but your partner or child needs acts of service, then show them love through acts of service. That’s how their heart receives it.

And when you love like that—from a pure place, fully and freely—people start to love you the way you need to be loved, too.

Because everything you put out comes back.
Everything. Good or bad.
So give from love, and love will return to you tenfold.

Holiness Begins in Relationships

We were built for connection.

That’s why we crave certain people’s presence, their touch, their love. Because we’re built for community. We’re built for love.

The quality of your life is directly tied to the quality of your relationships. Your wholeness, your holiness—it begins there.

This doesn’t take away from all the deep inner work you’ve been doing. That’s real. That’s sacred. All that self-inventory, that tuning in, that soul sharpening—that’s part of your ascension.

But at a basic, foundational level, it comes back to this:

What you give out comes back.

When you operate from pure love and selflessness toward those you love, you create a cycle of love that just keeps generating. It multiplies. It expands.

Mantra for 5D Energy

I take full ownership of my energy.
No one can touch my energy unless I allow it.
There is nothing that can come near my field that isn’t for my highest good.
I enforce these boundaries strongly.
I am always protected.

I release my grip on money.
I understand it’s energy. It’s not personal.
It flows, and the more I let it flow, the more it builds.

I love others from a full heart.
I give what I want to receive.
I practice gratitude, unconditional love, and sacred energetic boundaries.

I jump into my highest timeline now.
And so it is.
